Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across high-potential customers both existing and new.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within your vertical.</li><li>
Identify and seize new business opportunities, winning new logos and expanding market share.</li><li>
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning JATO as the go-to partner.</li><li>
Proactively engage customers to uncover growth potential and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create demand and secure high-value meetings.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute account management strategies to achieve growth and retention targets.</li><li>
Acquire new customers (logos) as per vertical sales expectations.</li><li>
Develop subject matter expertise (SME) in JATO&rsquo;s automotive solutions.</li><li>
Build and maintain customer relationships; identify growth opportunities through proactive engagement and marketing support.</li><li>
Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive new business meetings and expand networks within allocated accounts.</li><li>
Create and manage Business Development Plans for assigned accounts to meet sales targets.</li><li>
Manage sales pipeline in CRM, including lead generation, forecasting, and development opportunities.</li></ul>
Key Requirements:<ul><li>
Solid consultative sales experience with proven, measurable success in new and existing business within a Data, Software, or SaaS environment.</li><li>
Strong understanding of the difference between value-add solutions and commodity sales, with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition.</li><li>
Knowledge of structured sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).</li><li>
Demonstrable expertise in both New Business Sales and Account Management.</li><li>
Commitment to delivering top-level customer service and relationship management.</li><li>
Ability to handle complex concepts with a high level of competence.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Arabic language skills highly desirable.</li><li>
High level of IT proficiency for mainstream business applications.</li></ul>
Excellent working knowledge of:<ul><li>
Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar, e.g., Salesforce).</li><li>
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook.</li></ul>
