You&rsquo;ll work directly with two dedicated attorneys, ensuring seamless case management, tracking critical deadlines, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you have experience in California Lemon Law, consumer protection, or personal injury law, we&rsquo;ll prioritize your application!What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Take charge of attorney calendar management&mdash;scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting deadlines</li><li>Organize and prepare legal documents for case review and motion filings</li><li>Draft, proofread, and refine correspondence, pleadings, and reports</li><li>File legal documents with Federal and California courts using e-filing systems</li><li>Coordinate client communications, scheduling interviews, depositions, and case updates</li><li>Work directly with defense counsel to set up depositions, IDCs, and other legal proceedings</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Education: Associate&rsquo;s degree, paralegal certificate, or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field</li><li>Experience: 2-5 years as a paralegal or legal assistant (Lemon Law experience preferred!)</li><li>Skills: Proficiency in California and Federal rules of civil procedure, legal document filing, and case management</li><li>Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of Clio case management system and Microsoft Office</li><li>Communication: Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written skills</li><li>Organization Mastery: Ability to juggle deadlines, manage details, and maintain precision in legal work</li></ul>Why You Should Apply<ul><li>Competitive salary: $60K - $85K</li><li>Work full-time, on-site for hands-on experience and direct collaboration</li><li>Fast, streamlined hiring process&mdash;usually just one on-site interview</li><li>Join a team that values efficiency, professionalism, and dedication</li></ul>If you bring calendar management expertise, Clio experience, and a passion for supporting legal teams, we want to hear from you!
