Javitch Block LLC is looking for a full-time Associate Attorney who will work remotely out of their home office in Kentucky. This individual will manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm and its clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations and other court appearances with travel required.Qualified candidates:<ul><li>One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the Creditors&rsquo; Rights or Collection fields preferred.</li><li>Experience working in a fast pace, high volume environment</li><li>Experience creating persuasive communications materials</li><li>Strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action and determine next steps</li><li>Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team.</li><li>Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook</li></ul>Education/Training/Experience:<ul><li>Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)</li><li>KY license required</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li></ul>Javitch Block offers a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, paid vacation/personal time, 401(k), life insurance, and short and long-term disability.You can learn more about Javitch Block LLC at www.jbllc.comJB is a Cleveland-based law firm with additional offices in Fairlawn, Ohio and Brentwood, Tennessee.
