The candidate will be responsible for calling patients who submit requests for CGM devices and braces through our website. The role involves confirming orders, collecting patient information, coordinating with doctors&rsquo; offices, and ensuring all required details are accurate for processing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Call patients to reconfirm their orders submitted online</li><li>Verify patient information including:</li><li>Full name</li><li>Date of Birth</li><li>Shipping address</li><li>Doctor/Physician details</li><li>Insurance information</li><li>Explain products and process professionally to patients</li><li>Follow up with doctors&rsquo; offices for prescription signatures and required documents</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM/software</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing</li><li>Handle patient calls professionally and maintain excellent communication</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good English communication skills</li><li>Confident in handling phone calls</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li><li>Strong listening and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in customer service, call center, DME, or medical billing is preferred</li><li>Fresh graduates with good communication skills can also apply</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of CGM and braces process</li><li>Experience dealing with doctors&rsquo; offices or insurance verification</li><li>CRM handling experience</li><li>Strong follow-up skills</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Market competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based increments</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Friendly work environment</li></ul>Working Hours6pm to 3am Monday to Friday Saturday Sunday OffPay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
