Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to design intuitive digital experiences and visually compelling graphics. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design principles with strong graphic design skills to create engaging interfaces, branding materials, and marketing assets.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design<ul><li>Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups</li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems</li></ul>Graphic Design<ul><li>Design marketing materials (social media graphics, banners, presentations, ads)</li><li>Create visual assets for websites, apps, and campaigns</li><li>Develop and maintain brand identity elements</li><li>Prepare design files for digital and print use</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and/or Graphic Designer</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles</li><li>Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with motion design or basic animation</li><li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS (a plus)</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li><li>Portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work</li></ul>Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Canva Figma Adobe XD Sketch BlenderSoft Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Creative problem-solving mindset</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to accept and apply feedback</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
