Job Description: Site SupervisorLocation:<ul><li>Jagadhri, Haryana</li></ul>Position: Site Supervisor Experience Required: 1&ndash;3 years Salary: ₹15,000 &ndash; ₹20,000 per month Note: Only male candidates will be considered.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per instructions.</li><li>Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.</li><li>Monitor progress and maintain daily site reports.</li><li>Check basic quality parameters such as alignment, levels, and material usage.</li><li>Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.</li><li>Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow guidelines.</li><li>Report any issues, delays, or requirements to senior staff.</li><li>Assist in managing labor, tools, and materials on site.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Basic knowledge of construction activities (civil works).</li><li>Ability to read simple drawings and follow instructions.</li><li>Good communication and team-handling skills.</li><li>Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage labor effectively.</li><li>Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Minimum: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred).</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in construction supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,863.08 - ₹21,486.50 per monthWork Location: In person
