Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of BMW of Akron. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and supportive work environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.</li><li>Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.</li><li>Collect payment from service, parts and sales customers.</li><li>Enter payments into our accounting system (Reynolds and Reynolds).</li><li>Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person.</li><li>Support administrative tasks for various departments or professionals within the organization as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office or administrative experience is required; experience in reception or front desk roles is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette are critical for success in this role.</li><li>Knowledge of office management procedures including bookkeeping or basic financial record-keeping is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to handle clerical tasks such as typing accurately and managing time effectively ensures smooth daily operations.</li></ul>Join us as a Receptionist where your enthusiasm meets professionalism!
