To provide comprehensive and high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring timely diagnosis, management, and support for critically ill patients.<ul><li>Perform initial assessment and continuous monitoring of ICU patients.</li><li>Lead the ICU team in daily rounds and treatment planning.</li><li>Manage ventilators, central lines, dialysis, and other life-support interventions.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and patient records.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and physiotherapists.</li><li>Provide guidance to junior doctors and nursing staff.</li><li>Communicate with patient families regarding treatment and prognosis.</li><li>Ensure infection control and ICU protocols are strictly followed.</li><li>Handle medical emergencies within the hospital if needed.</li><li>MBBS</li><li>BHMS [ HAVING ICU EXPERIENCE ]</li><li>Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making.</li><li>Team leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.</li><li>Emotional resilience and ethical conduct.</li><li>Rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)</li><li>On-call duties as per roster/as well ambulance on call duty .</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,753.24 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
