Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, orders, delivery, and services.</li><li>Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.</li><li>Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems accurately.</li><li>Track customer complaints, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Provide order status updates and ensure proper communication with customers.</li><li>Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and customer data.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and communication protocols.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.</li><li>Maintain professional and courteous behaviour at all times.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Coordination and follow-up skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of billing, order processing, or logistics (preferred)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Any Graduate</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / Sales Support</li><li>Freshers with good communication skills may also apply</li></ul>.Job Types: Fresher, Walk-InPay: From ₹20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in Sales Calling?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>hindi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
