What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Be the driving force behind new move-ins, turning inquiries into tours and tours into residents.</li>
<li>Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, prospects, and referral sources.</li>
<li>Follow up with urgency&mdash;responding to inquiries within 30 minutes via phone, text, and email.</li>
<li>Track all outreach and interactions in our CRM system to ensure no detail is missed.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, inviting, tour-ready community atmosphere daily.</li>
<li>Partner with your team on marketing events, community outreach, and business development.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in senior living, housing, or hospitality sales
</li><li>A passion for serving older adults and helping families make life-changing decisions</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills</li>
<li>Confidence in using CRM tools and closing the sale</li>
</ul>
