Job SummaryTitle: Nurse Practitioner Status: Full Time Location: West Lafayette, INSchedule<ul><li>Preferred schedule: Tuesday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)</li><li>Clinic Hours:</li><li>Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM</li><li>Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct pre-employment and annual wellness examinations.</li><li>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.</li><li>Perform preventive health screenings and wellness initiatives.</li><li>Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses.</li><li>Review clinical cases with the Medical Director and appropriate stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Oversee employee respirator fit testing and hearing conservation testing performed by clinic staff.</li><li>Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans.</li><li>Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic testing.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.</li><li>Coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers and make referrals when necessary.</li><li>Accurately document patient encounters within the electronic medical record.</li><li>Support overall clinic operations as needed.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care (new NP graduates may also be considered based on client preference).</li><li>Current BLS certification.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and organizational leadership.</li><li>Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.</li><li>Proficient with electronic medical records and clinical documentation.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>DEA license.</li><li>Experience with weight management programs and GLP-1 medications.</li><li>Occupational health or employer-based clinic experience.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Primary Care Patient Management</li><li>Acute and Chronic Disease Management</li><li>Patient Education and Health Coaching</li><li>Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis</li><li>Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Documentation</li><li>Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration</li></ul>Pay: $50.00 - $51.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
