We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our continued growth in the real estate industry.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company&rsquo;s goals in the real estate sector.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff.</li><li>Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans tailored to the real estate industry.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and real estate-specific regulations.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills in real estate operations and client relations.</li><li>Maintain HR records and utilize HR software for efficient workforce management.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and team development.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends, workforce needs, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
