Specialist DFS Operations is part of support and monitoring team who is responsible and ensures business continuity, address internal and external customer tickets, and monitor application and system performance along with keeping an open communication with all partners. 
What does Specialist DFS Technology Operations do?<ul>
<li>
24/7 system and application support</li>
<li>Hands on experience in cloud native operations</li>
<li>Continuous support &amp; analysis of application and system optimization</li>
<li>System and Application Health Checks and Event Management</li>
<li>Having a software development background is a plus.</li>
<li>Perform Operations and Maintenance/Health checks and prepare and send out the report.</li>
<li>Monitoring of critical scheduled task</li>
<li>Validation of system backups</li>
<li>Execute and monitor critical update on Live system.</li>
<li>Track incidents for any issue with system/application/services reported by users through the monitoring systems.</li>
<li>Preparation of incident report for issue resolution</li>
<li>Escalation of incidents to vendor/backend teams for L3 Technical resolution</li>
<li>Optimization, Data/Trend Analysis and Automation of existing processes.</li></ul>

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist DFS Technology Operations?<ul>
<li>
0-2 years of working experience preferably in a similar environment.</li>
<li>Working Experience in Cloud native environments preferably OpenShift/K8s</li>
<li>Sound experience of working with Microservice, API Managers &amp; Integration Servers</li>
<li>Candidate should have good analytical and problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or in a similar field.</li>
<li>Candidate should have good knowledge of DFS Technologies and its working.</li>
<li>Hands on knowledge of Linux/Unix</li>
<li>Candidate should have good Query writing skills, should be able to write DB procedures and functions.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL, Mongo etc)</li>
<li>Should have good communication and writing skills</li>
<li>Candidate should demonstrate leadership skills and should be a team player.</li>
<li>Self-driven and intellectually curious individual able to carry out impactful discussions with senior stakeholders.</li>

As an Expert Product Analytics, you will work closely with the product management team to drive data-led decision-making for wealth management products. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support the development and optimization of lending, savings, insurance, and investment products. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, enabling the team to make strategic decisions. 
What Expert Product Analytics does?
1. AI-Driven Product Insights &amp; Development<ul>

Support the product management team in developing and refining wealth and lending products using data-driven insights.</li>
<li>Build and deploy AI and machine learning models for credit scoring, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and product recommendation.</li>
<li>Contribute to end-to-end model lifecycle: feature engineering, training, validation, and monitoring.</li>

2. Data Analysis &amp; Modeling<ul>
