Payroll Officer

Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities / DutiesSome sample duties you can include:<ul><li>Design, simulate, and optimise chemical processes (mass &amp; energy balances, reaction kinetics, thermodynamics)</li><li>Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping &amp; instrumentation diagrams (PIDs), and layouts</li><li>Prepare equipment specifications, select suitable process equipment</li><li>Conduct process modeling, simulation, and data analysis</li><li>Monitor, control, and troubleshoot production processes and equipment</li><li>Implement process improvements to increase yield, reduce cost, waste, or energy consumption</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment (SHE / HSE) standards</li><li>Perform risk assessments, HAZOP, FMEA, safety reviews</li><li>Oversee pilot plant operations, scale‑up, and technology transfers</li><li>Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement, equipment, and materials</li><li>Generate technical reports, present findings, and coordinate with stakeholders</li><li>Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams</li><li>Train staff on process changes, standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline (required)</li><li>A Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus (especially for R&amp;D or senior roles)</li><li>Professional engineering license / certification (if applicable in your region) is an advantage</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Strong knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals</li><li>Process simulation tools</li><li>Proficiency in equipment design and specification (reactors, heat exchanges, pumps, distillation, separation units)</li><li>Understanding of instrumentation, control systems, automation</li><li>Experience with CAD tools, P&amp;ID drawing, layout software</li><li>Data analysis skills (Excel,Python, statistical methods)</li><li>Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards</li><li>Ability to perform risk assessments</li><li>Project management capabilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
