 &cir; Acting as consultant intensivist with admission privileges while on a shift.
 
 
 &cir; Responsible for clinical management, procedures, liaising with other consultants
 
 
 and patient and family counselling
 
 
 &cir; Participating in any meetings, quality projects, academic activities while on shift as
 
 
 a representative.

 Evaluate patients medical history and current condition to determine the most appropriate anesthesia plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels throughout surgery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage pre-operative assessments, including reviewing medical records, discussing surgical procedures, and addressing patients concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to emergency situations, if they arise during surgery, and take appropriate measures to stabilize the patient.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with the latest developments in anesthesiology and continually improve your skills and knowledge
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications

 DM / DrNB / FNB / IDCCM in Critical Care and MD / DNB in Internal Medicine / Anesthesiology / Pulmonology
 
 
 </li>
