We specialize in modern web and mobile technologies including Node.js, React, NestJS, Next.js, AI, Blockchain, and more, empowering businesses with innovative software products.Role Overview:As a Senior iOS &amp; React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile apps. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in both iOS and React Native development, with a deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and testing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and React Native.</li><li>Build features and optimize code for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team to implement visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.</li><li>Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services into mobile apps.</li><li>Lead the design and architecture of mobile apps, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.</li><li>Implement best practices for mobile development, including modularization, code reviews, and performance tuning.</li><li>Ensure code quality and app reliability by implementing unit tests, automated testing, and continuous integration.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.</li><li>Optimize mobile apps for performance, speed, and user experience.</li><li>Ensure timely updates and maintenance of the app, including handling app store releases and versioning.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior developers on both iOS and React Native best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, timelines, and requirements.</li><li>Contribute to the company&rsquo;s development process and provide insights into technical decision-making.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile apps using React Native.</li><li>Expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.) and software engineering best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs into mobile applications.</li><li>Deep understanding of memory management, performance tuning, and debugging for mobile apps.</li><li>Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and implementation on both iOS and Android.</li><li>Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app release processes.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Technologies:<ul><li>Xcode, Android Studio, and React Native CLI.</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as XCTest, Detox, and Jest.</li><li>Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.) for mobile app backends.</li><li>Knowledge of app performance monitoring and analytics tools.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.</li><li>Passionate about mobile development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Kotlin or Java for Android development.</li><li>Familiarity with modern state management tools like Redux, Context API, or MobX.</li><li>Experience with cloud functions, serverless architecture, or GraphQL.</li><li>Contributions to open-source mobile development projects.</li><li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Innovative Work: Work on cutting-edge projects and have a direct impact on the product.</li><li>Growth Opportunities: We value professional development and offer opportunities for career growth.</li><li>Collaborative Environment: Work alongside passionate and skilled professionals who share a commitment to quality.</li><li>Flexible Work Culture: We offer remote work options and flexible schedules.</li><li>Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and performance-based bonuses.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per month
