1. Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP).</li></ul>2. Costing &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor and analyze production costs, material consumption, and wastage.</li><li>Prepare cost sheets, variance analysis, and profitability reports by product or department.</li><li>Manage and reconcile raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.</li></ul>3. Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Analyze financial performance against budget and suggest corrective actions.</li></ul>4. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.</li><li>Liaise with auditors and government departments for assessments and inspections.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company law, income tax, and other applicable regulations.</li></ul>5. Payables &amp; Receivables Management<ul><li>Oversee vendor payments, purchase accounting, and expense control.</li><li>Monitor receivables, customer credit limits, and collection follow-up.</li></ul>6. Team Leadership &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Supervise and train accounting staff.</li><li>Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments for accurate financial reporting.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
