 PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
 
 
 
 The candidate must be fully involved in the administering of procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the HR &amp; Admin Manager in full spectrum of HR functions including training and development, recruitment, staff welfare, compensation and benefits and internal communications as well as accounts matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with recruitment agencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interview arrangement
 </li>
 <li>
 Wholly responsible for new hires preparation including Letter of Appointment, staff card, workstation, personal file, new staff checklist etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Orientation to new employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal form to respective supervisor and follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and maintain employees&rsquo; insurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer all employees&rsquo; attendance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining and ensuring all employees&rsquo; leave and medical claims record are accurate
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates executive travel plans and other arrangements as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending to staff enquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain personal files of employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Process enrollments, changes and terminations of employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Track implementation of Performance Appraisals
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtains visas for employees needing to travel abroad
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 SKILLS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 Should possess reporting skills, administrative writing skills and Microsoft Office Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be able to manage processes, analyze information and solve problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization skills and verbal communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to manage teams
 </li>
