We are looking for a data-driven and strategic HR Analytics and Reporting Manager to lead our HR data, analytics, and insights function at Catalyst Brands. This role transforms workforce data into actionable insights that drive predictive insights and digital decision tools that enhance both business performance and the associate experience across the organization. This role also drives Catalyst&rsquo;s data and intelligence agenda for the people organization and drive the use of advanced analytics in HR. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with leadership, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement to build a truly data-informed HR culture. 
Location: Plano, TX or New York City Based - Hybrid - In office 3 days per week 

Responsibilities:

Lead Strategic HR Analytics Initiatives: 
<ul><li>Oversee the HR Analytics and Reporting function responsible for HR data, insights, and governance. Translate HR and business strategies into impactful dashboards and analytics that guide decisions around talent, engagement, and workforce planning.</li></ul>
Deliver Operational Excellence: 
<ul><li>Manage the creation and automation of HR reports and dashboards using predictive models that forecast talent movement, engagement, DEI, and workforce risk covering key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruiting, and compensation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple HR systems (e.g., HCM, ATS, Payroll).</li></ul>
Drive Continuous Improvement: 
<ul><li>Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data processes through technology and innovation. Introduce advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and visualization tools to enhance insight delivery and scalability.</li></ul>
Build Team Capability: 
<ul><li>Develop and coach the HR analytics function to strengthen data storytelling, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Lead the implementation and adoption of advanced analytics tools including predictive analytics and AI</li></ul>
Collaborate Across the Organization: 
<ul><li>Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment on metrics, data governance, and strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, providing clear, actionable insights that inform strategy.</li></ul>
Enhance Communication and Impact: 
<ul><li>Present findings to executive leadership with clarity and confidence, translating data into narratives that drive understanding and action. Ensure consistent, transparent communication of key metrics across HR.</li></ul></div> 

Qualifications:

Core Competencies &amp; Accomplishments:<ul><li>
5&ndash;8 years of HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS experience (PeopleSoft experience preferred)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>
Proven success implementing analytics frameworks and visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel and data modeling proficiency</li><li>
Experience in implementing autonomous dashboards including AI platforms/tools to enhance strategic foresight and predictive analytics</li><li>
Expertise in HR data governance and data integrity. Holistic understanding of how HR data flows across enterprise systems and automation platforms.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to partner with HR and business leaders to shape workforce strategies</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; able to simplify complex data into clear insights.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation across HR Operations and Systems.</li><li>
Though the role is an individual contributor, leadership experience including managing a team or function is highly preferred</li></ul>

HR Analytics and Reporting Manager

<div>General Description: 
As the Customer Experience Supervisor I - You are accountable for driving profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, coaching associates on customer service, leading company training initiatives and delivering company checkout experience strategies
Primary Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Customer Service &amp; Sales - Acts as a role model for the Manager on Duty program while directing customer service activities throughout the store. Models and holds team accountable for outstanding customer service. Greets and assists customers in finding products and partners with other team members when additional help is needed. Actively listens to customer issues to resolve problems. Maximizes sales and service by ensuring staff is scheduled appropriately, and by managing FIND more, credit, rewards and gift card programs.</li>
<li>Cashier Performance - Trains, mentors and coaches all cashier associates on checkout procedures to ensure outstanding service behaviors are consistently exhibited. Regularly observes and ensures associates consistently follow and implement checkout experience processes. Monitors associate efficiency by utilizing Point of Sale productivity metrics.</li>
<li>Line Management and Checkout Standards - Proactively shifts resources to checkouts based on observed fluctuations in store traffic. Reduces wait times during peak traffic periods by utilizing Mobile Point of Sale, Satellite Registers and Expeditor stations. Partners appropriately to stock all Impulse futures and to identify checkout supply needs.</li>
<li>Human Resources / People Management - Creates and monitors the store's open requisitions and routes qualified applicants to the appropriate hiring manager. Coordinates the interview Talent Tryout process. Schedules and coordinates new hire orientations and training and administers ongoing associate training. Partners with the Sales Floor Supervisor and General Manager on training compliance. Reviews schedules and makes productive edits to further optimize resources.
</li><li>Performance Standards - Supportive of company shrink and safety initiatives. Meets established performance standards for the role on a consistent basis, including (but not limited to) the company's iCAP (Credit) program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

The Pre- Production Manager executes the production process, including tracking the production calendar and ensuring on-time product delivery. This team member manages logistics and tracking for all sample fabric, raw materials and garment samples while also keeping all team members up-to-date on the product status.
Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supports Design to ensure products are executed with design specifications.</li><li>Supports Raw Materials team to allocate sample yardage, raw materials and trims needed for samples, testing and production.</li><li>Assists in the approval process and timeline to ensure accuracy and avoid delivery impact.</li><li>Executes the requesting and tracking of product samples including prototypes, technical fit, line review samples, etc.</li><li>Continuously communicate to all team members on production updates, approvals &amp; issues.</li><li>Supports Sourcing, IBO and Product Integrity teams for challenges and issues while maintaining JCPenney standards.</li><li>Inputs data into systems and ensures the integrity and accuracy of the information.</li></ul>

Pre-Production Manager

<div>Overview 
The Associate Designer works with the Senior Designer in creation of the original concepts for a Women's Modern private brand, executing the brand profile and the business strategy for each season. 

 
Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Works with Senior Design in the creation of original concepts for assigned lines to ensure customer focused offerings that meet business requirements.</li><li>
Shops appropriate markets, and works with the trend office and product team to conceptualize the product design for the season.</li><li>
Initiates product packages through working with technical designers and Senior Designer, as assigned.</li><li>
Shops fabric/material mills to define newest materials for season, and selects and approves materials and findings for products.</li><li>
Approves lab dips and confirmation samples .</li><li>
Prepares the flat sketch design for new products, and creates design sketches for enhancements to existing products, as assigned.</li><li>
Works with Senior Designer to Line Build brands when applicable</li><li>
Travels as needed to develop the product.</li><li>
Develops merchandise presentation of proposed designs, including boards and other visuals.</li></ul>
 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
3 &ndash; 6 years&rsquo; experience in design product and PL knowledge.</li><li>
Basic working knowledge of the technical aspects of the assigned category, ability to design around concepts and to design flat sketches, technical and computer skills, design and color sense, presentation, persuasion, organization, time management, written and verbal communication.</li><li>
College degree in fine arts or design, or equivalent work experience in a design related field preferred.</li></ul>
