We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable part-time receptionist to join our growing clinic. We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, organized, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Position Details:<ul><li>Schedule: 6:30 AM &ndash; 12:00 PM (hours may be flexible and can be discussed)</li><li>Employment Type: Part-time</li><li>Location: Germantown, Maryland</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Answer and manage incoming phone calls</li><li>Schedule appointments and verify patient information</li><li>Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks prior to visits</li><li>Assist with copay collection and basic billing inquiries</li><li>Manage front desk workflow and maintain a clean, organized reception area</li><li>Handle patient intake forms and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with clinical staff as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual required: English + (Spanish or Chinese preferred)</li><li>Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred</li><li>Experience with insurance eligibility verification is highly preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable using computers and EHR systems</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting</li><li>Experience with patient scheduling systems</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourWork Location: In person
