We are currently seeking experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of Nevada law to assist in the development of Nevada-specific outlines and multiple-choice questions for bar exam preparation.Job Description: As a Nevada Outline and Multiple-Choice Question Writer for JD Advising, you will be responsible for creating Nevada-aligned outlines and multiple-choice questions that are aligned with the Nevada Bar Exam blueprint. These resources will support law students preparing for the Nevada Foundational Law Exam (FLE).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop (using templates) Nevada-specific outlines for all relevant subjects, aligning with the Nevada Bar Exam blueprint.</li><li>Create original multiple-choice questions that reflect the law as it is tested on the Nevada Bar Exam.</li><li>Ensure that questions and outlines accurately represent the specific legal principles and nuances of Nevada law, and remain current with any changes to the bar exam format.</li><li>Assist with any additional Nevada-specific content creation as required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of Nevada law and legal principles.</li><li>Licensed to practice law in Nevada (must have taken and passed the Nevada bar exam).</li><li>Strong understanding of bar exam content creation, particularly in multiple-choice question development.</li><li>Experience in legal education or bar exam preparation is a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills.</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience and scope of work.<ul><li>$25 per multiple-choice question</li><li>There will be 200 multiple-choice questions</li><li>$750 per outline</li><li>There will be 7 outlines.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send your resume, bar exam score report, any samples of your work, and a brief cover letter detailing your experience with Nevada law and content creation for bar exam materials to employment@jdadvising.com.Job Types: Contract, TemporaryPay: $25.00 - $750.00 per weekLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Nevada Bar Exam License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
