Job Title: Lifestyle &amp; Accessory Designer (Department Head) Location: Jaipur Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years in the industry (not open to freshers/students)About the RoleWe are looking for a Lifestyle &amp; Accessory Designer to head our design department. The ideal candidate is someone who blends creativity with functionality, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, and can translate ideas into market-ready products. This role is best suited for a designer with hands-on experience in product development and a strong understanding of lifestyle and luxury markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design and development of everyday and luxury lifestyle products.</li><li>Oversee the complete product development cycle &ndash; from ideation, prototyping, to final execution.</li><li>Work extensively with fabrics, embroideries, and other materials to develop innovative products.</li><li>Balance functionality, practicality, and aesthetics in every design.</li><li>Keep a close watch on market trends and consumer behavior to create relevant product lines.</li><li>Experiment with new concepts, techniques, and designs to build unique products.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior designers (if any) while heading the department.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven industry experience in designing and developing lifestyle/accessory products.</li><li>Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and design detailing.</li><li>Good grasp of consumer needs, luxury markets, and lifestyle trends.</li></ul>Skills We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics.</li><li>Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.</li><li>Open-minded, experimental, and market-driven in approach.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
