 💡 About the Role
 
 
 In this high-impact leadership role, you will spearhead Jeel&rsquo;s business development and sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and guiding a high-performing team toward ambitious revenue goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 🛠️ What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
 
 
 &bull; Lead day-to-day operations for the Business Development unit.
 
 
 &bull; Drive pricing strategies, proposals, negotiation activities, and deal closures.
 
 
 &bull; Identify and pursue new business opportunities across banking, fintech, and digital partnerships.
 
 
 &bull; Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct continuous market research to understand customer needs and competition.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure effective CRM and sales pipeline management.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate internally to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
 
 
 &bull; Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear KPIs.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare accurate BD reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 📌 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field.
 
 
 &bull; MBA or EMBA preferred.
 
 
 &bull; 7&ndash;10 years of experience in banking or fintech in business development or sales.
 
 
 &bull; Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, sales strategy, CRM, and financial acumen.
 
 
 &bull; Arabic &amp; English proficiency required.
