We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, craft engaging campaigns, and deliver impactful results across platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client&rsquo;s goals.</li><li>Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).</li><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, etc.) for diverse industries.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver visually appealing and impactful creatives.</li><li>Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to keep client campaigns ahead of the curve.</li><li>Monitor, respond, and engage with online communities to build strong client-brand relationships.</li><li>Work closely with the strategy team to align social campaigns with SEO, content, and overall digital marketing efforts.</li><li>Prepare performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, growth, and recommendations.</li><li>Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.</li><li>Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong communication and client-handling abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different client industries.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple client accounts simultaneously.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Basic graphic design &amp; video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Experience in influencer marketing campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with multiple brands across industries.</li><li>A creative and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Growth opportunities and continuous learning in digital marketing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,815.22 - &#8377;25,852.48 per monthWork Location: In person
