About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who can come and lead a team of product designers at Jeeny and take UX research to next level. 
 
Job Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Lead a team of PDs or APDs and contribute towards their personal development</li>
<li>Manage and guide on constant user experience research and user testing</li>
<li>Produce and review comprehensive discoveries from user research on a regular basis</li>
<li>Prioritize design backlogs and manage design sprints</li>
<li>Review the work done by the team on a regular basis</li>
<li>Track, report and achieve relevant metrics and KPIs on a regular level</li>
<li>Build short term and long term design strategy</li>
<li>Represent the design team on multiple forums and conduct thought workshops</li> 
</ul> 
 
Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in Product for user-facing mobile and web applications</li>
<li>Experience of working for tech companies in transportation, deliveries and eCommerce space will be preferred</li>
<li>Experience of working in the middle east (esp KSA and Jordan) will be preferred</li>
<li>Native Arabic speaker will be preferred</li>

About the Role: 
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded professional to lead partnership growth initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on sourcing new opportunities, developing strategic alliances, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving partnerships that contribute to business growth, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has an established network within the Saudi market. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Identify, develop, and close strategic and commercial partnership opportunities across Saudi Arabia.</li><li>
Build relationships with key stakeholders across government entities, airlines, loyalty programs, banks, telecom companies, retailers, travel companies, universities, events, and entertainment sectors.</li><li>
Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, negotiations, and contract execution.</li><li>
Develop business cases, commercial models, and partnership proposals.</li><li>
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned with company objectives.</li><li>
Launch and manage co-marketing campaigns, promotional partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.</li><li>
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure successful execution.</li><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.</li><li>
Track partnership performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs, business impact, and ROI.</li><li>
Represent Jeeny at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, or Commercial roles.</li><li>
Strong network and market knowledge within Saudi Arabia is a plus.
</li><li>Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships that drive measurable business results.</li><li>
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Strong commercial and analytical mindset.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.</li><li>
Experience in technology, mobility, fintech, loyalty, travel, telecom, retail, or digital platforms is preferred.</li><li>
Fluent in Arabic and English.</li></ul>

Senior Business Development Manager - Partnerships

About the Role: 
This role is critical in helping Business teams at Jeeny optimize decision-making, planning &amp; performance management. You will be reporting to the CFO and have a team of 2 analysts. 
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance tracking, financial planning, and strategic reporting to ensure that ridehailing across markets operate at peak efficiency and alignment along side managing a team of high talented individuals
 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead quarterly &amp; monthly budgets (topline &amp; bottom-line)</li><li>
Create quarterly &amp; monthly KPI targets</li><li>
Outline gaps vs targets and work with Business teams to create initiatives to bridge gaps</li><li>
Create cadence b/w Business teams &amp; leadership to improve progress (weekly performance call, month-end retro call etc.)</li><li>
Partner with Business teams to make key decisions</li><li>
Create visibility of L0, L1 &amp; L2 KPIs at the right frequency for Business teams</li><li>
Identify opportunities for improving L0 KPIs by tracking L1 &amp; L2 KPIs proactively</li><li>
Develop business/financial models on adhoc requests from cross functional stakeholders</li><li>
Lead and develop a team of strategy/planning &amp; performance analysts, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a strong team culture</li><li>
Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul> 

Requirements

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus</li><li>
4+ years experience in Business Finance/Strategy/Planning roles (compulsory)</li><li>
Team Management experience is a must</li><li>
Strong presentation skills</li><li>
Expert in Excel, PowerPoint &amp; Data visualization software</li><li>
Strong expertise in automation &amp; AI use</li><li>
