Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to new resident. Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements. Assists with resident relations. Keys in all fees, deposits, and new lease information. Shows apartments to prospective leases. Walks models and shows units daily. Assists with marketing. Post ads on Craigslist and various other websites. Accepts and completes Notice to Vacate forms. Accepts rental payments. Performs additional duties as requested. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional vocational training or four-year college degree preferred. Customer service and sales experience preferred.
