Job Summary:<ul><li>
Receive expense invoices via US Mail, email and fax.</li><li>
Stamp and Code expense invoices, distribute to appropriate parties within departments for approval.</li><li>
Key expense invoices</li><li>
Process customer refund checks</li><li>
Mail distribution for company<ul><li>
Process daily incoming mail by sorting and distributing to appropriate mail slots in mail room</li><li>
Prepare outgoing mail daily by adding appropriate postage using a postage meter machine and delivering to dock door for pick up.</li></ul></li><li>
File all packing slips received from the Distribution Center.</li><li>
Back up Accounts Payable Clerks and Matching Clerks as needed</li><li>
Back up Accounts Payable supervisor by helping with Edit Verifications as needed.</li><li>
Back up Accounts Payable Supervisor, contingencies.</li><li>
Back up Accounts Payable Supervisor, credit card statements</li><li>
Interact with other AP associates daily</li><li>
Interact with other JEGS associates at all levels and answer questions and provide information as needed.</li></ul>
You have:<ul><li>
Experience in Accounting and/or Finance.</li><li>
3-5 years of progressive accounting or accounts payable experience.</li><li>
Retail Accounting industry experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Use of ERP type software a plus. Working knowledge of Word and Excel required.</li></ul>
