Location &ndash; Noida (WFO)Experience &ndash; 5+ yearsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Creative Design Execution: Develop visually appealing designs for brochures, social media posts, banners, product mock-ups, email templates, infographics, advertisements, marketing presentations, newsletters, and sales pitch decks.</li><li>Website &amp; Digital Assets: Design and optimize website graphics, landing pages, and UI elements for a seamless brand experience.</li><li>Brand Identity &amp; Guidelines: Ensure consistency across all designs by following and improving Jellyfish Technologies&rsquo; brand identity guidelines.</li><li>Advertising &amp; Social Media Creatives: Design impactful creatives for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Print &amp; Offline Marketing Materials: Create designs for hoardings, standees, office branding, and other offline event materials.</li><li>Video &amp; Motion Graphics (Preferred): Experience in basic motion graphics or working closely with video editors to enhance brand storytelling.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, web developers, and the content team to ensure visually compelling brand messaging.</li><li>Leverage AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, Figma AI, Firefly, etc.) to speed up creative workflows and generate innovative outputs.</li><li>Creative Direction &amp; Strategy: Lead the creative direction for campaigns and provide strategic design inputs.</li><li>Team Mentorship &amp; Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior designers on design best practices.</li><li>Project &amp; Workflow Management: Manage multiple design requests, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3- 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in IT, SaaS, or other technology-related industries.</li></ul>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus)</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, high-quality designs, and branding work.</li><li>Ability to think creatively, conceptualize ideas, and execute high-impact visuals.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.</li><li>Experience in print and digital media with knowledge of design formats for both.</li><li>Experience in motion graphics or video editing (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Team player with excellent attention to detail and creativity.</li></ul>Apply today: kanika.bansal@jellyfishtechnologies.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,122.11 - &#8377;46,623.39 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC?</li><li>Expected CTC?</li><li>Notice Period / Earliest Joining Date?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 5 years (Required)</li><li>design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma.etc): 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
