Job Summary Jet beauty supply store seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.</li><li>Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.</li><li>Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.</li><li>Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform product demos to engage customers effectively.</li><li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.</li></ul>Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment that delights our customers!Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Milwaukee, WI 53210 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
