The Administrator, People Experience reports to the Senior Head of People and supports administrative and office functions within Paisly. In addition to optimizing the operational efficiency of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) through calendar management, logistical coordination and high-level administrative oversight, this role also supports foundational Human Resources (HR) functions with the opportunity to take on increased HR responsibilities over time. This position is designed for a candidate seeking to grow within the HR field through organic development, providing exposure to core HR processes while contributing to broader people-related initiatives and business operations. Beyond executive and HR support, this role is the primary architect of the &quot;Paisly Experience,&quot; responsible for planning and executing a year-round calendar of engagement activities that foster a sense of community and fun for all crewmembers.</div><div></div><div>

Essential Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Maintain complex calendars and daily schedules of ELT while handling sensitive internal/external communications, meeting logistics and confidential administrative requirements to ensure operational efficacy.</li><li>
Own the end-to-end design and execution of Paisly&rsquo;s year-round crewmember engagement calendar, culture events and recognition initiatives to drive morale, connectivity and organizational support.</li><li>
Oversee the physical environment and general presentation of the Fort Lauderdale Inspiration Center (FLIC); manage space utilization, procurement of office supplies and event set-ups.</li><li>
Administer the People team budget by tracking expenditures and reconciling invoices.</li><li>
Manage executive travel arrangements and process expense reports for leadership and various senior leaders.</li><li>
HR responsibilities may include candidate scheduling and communication, pre-screening applicants and processing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>
Facilitate the crewmember lifecycle by supporting Paisly-specific onboarding and assisting with the administration of broader HR initiatives.</li><li>
Participate in cross-functional projects and execute other complex administrative duties as assigned to support the evolution of the Paisly brand.</li><li>

Minimum Experience and Qualifications</div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.</li><li>
Two (2) years&rsquo; experience in an administrative role supporting executive leadership or facilitating people focused programs.</li><li>
One (1) year of experience in a HR role.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in event planning or employee engagement programs.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.</li><li>
Experience working under executive leader and using correct interpersonal skills to keep them on track, managing multiple priorities.</li><li>
Experience organizing/coordinating projects while providing exceptional customer service.

Administrator, People Experience (Paisly)

<div>Position Title: Airport Operations Crew (BUF) 
Position Summary:
The Airport Operations Crew provides award-winning customer service to customers in the airport. The crewmember checks in and verifies customers&rsquo; personal identification; tags, lifts, and handles customer luggage; books, sells, and verifies flight reservations; meets and assists with flight arrivals and departures; helps prepare aircraft cabin for departure; coordinates customer boarding and deplaning; assists customers with special needs; and complies with any ad-hoc requests as needed. Individuals must excel at serving customers and be comfortable speaking on a public address system, using computers and airport equipment. 
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Verify customers&rsquo; personal identification
</li><li>Tag, lift, and handle customer luggage</li><li>
Announce flight arrivals, departures, and pre-boarding information via the public address system</li><li>
Communicate with our customers to keep them constantly informed</li><li>
Offer ancillary products to our customers such as &ldquo;even more speed&rdquo; and &ldquo;even more space&rdquo;</li><li>
Coordinate various duties with coworkers and other departments to ensure proper handling of customers
</li><li>Help prepare aircraft cabin for customer boarding and departure, which includes cleaning of seats, seat-pockets, gallies, lavatories and floor</li><li>
