Responsibilities</b></h2>
<div><ul><li>Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner</li><li>
Engage customers and enroll and support our Unlimited Wash Club</li><li>
Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile</li><li>
Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests</li><li>
Conduct daily preventative maintenance program according to schedule</li><li>
Conduct equipment repairs pro-actively and troubleshoot problems quickly</li><li>
Perform cleaning procedures of the tunnel and equipment daily</li><li>
Maintain appearance of outside landscaping and ensure all vacuums are functioning</li><li>
Ability to open and close site and facilitate daily operations</li><li>
Provides ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members as needed to achieve sales goals and highest standards of customer service</li><li>
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time on days and shifts managed</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h2>
<div><ul><li>1 year of experience in a Supervisory/Management role</li><li>
1 year of sales or customer service experience</li><li>
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>
High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li><i>
Preferred:</i> Associate degree or higher in business or related field</li><li><i>
Preferred:</i> Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable</li><li><i>
Preferred:</i> Car Wash experience</li></ul><br>
