JET Cabinetry | Home Design is growing fast, and we&rsquo;re looking for a self-motivated, Interior Design &amp; Sales Specialist to join our team. We serve homeowners, designers, investors, and builders across New Jersey with modern, luxury, and budget-friendly kitchen cabinets, closets, vanities, and other interior solutions.This role is perfect for someone who wants flexibility, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to earn real equity or profit-sharing as the company scales. You&rsquo;ll work directly with the owner and play a major role across client kitchen design sales, account management, design support, and administrative operations.What You'll DoYou will be involved in every stage of the customer experience, including:<ul><li>Lead design &amp; sales consultations (in-home &amp; showroom), assess client needs, review inspiration, and collaborate with our internal design team</li><li>Work closely with the owner to prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and project scopes</li><li>Manage client communication and CRM, oversee project updates, scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation</li><li>Drive customer-success initiatives such as referrals, reviews, client gifting, and loyalty touchpoints</li><li>Assist the founder with operational tasks, special projects, and growth-focused initiatives</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Background in interior design, sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense and a foundational understanding of good design</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Passionate about home improvement and/or interior design</li><li>Excited to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Nice to Have (Not Required): Enrollment in or recent graduation from a Business or Interior Design program</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Flixeble part-time or full-time role with a minimal base salary and uncapped commissions</li><li>Performance bonuses for hitting sales and appointment milestones</li><li>Direct mentorship from the founder</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Path to equity or profit-sharing as JET Cabinetry continues scaling</li><li>Creative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative work culture</li></ul>The showroom is located in Brick, NJ Serving Monmouth &amp; Ocean County, NJJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monmouth County, NJ
