First Choice Home Health &amp; Hospice / Jet Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Health Sales Consultant / Care Navigator to join our team in Boise, ID and surrounding areas.
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts, generating referrals and growing the agency's client base for our home health office.
Requirements:
<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited college/university required as a LPN / LVN, RN, Registered Nurse, Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) or Social Worker (BSW, MSW, LBSW, LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC). Preferred but not required</li><li>
Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred, especially in SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac. Home health sales highly preferred</li><li>
Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to articulate service capabilities to the targeted audience.</li><li>
Go-getter attitude, outgoing and driven</li><li>
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Articulates service capabilities to the targeted audience.</li><li>
Coordinates referrals and communicates timely with the intake/office team.</li><li>
Proactively follows up on new account leads.</li><li>
Provides counsel to the agency regarding the needs of the community; program development including personnel and financial needs.</li><li>
Collaboratively develops and maintains policies specific to new programs.</li><li>
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.</li><li>
Assists in the direction of programs through collaboration with and delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel.</li><li>
Establishes a public relations program for the interpretation of the agency&rsquo;s services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.</li><li>
Builds and nurtures viable, value-based relationships within key accounts.</li><li>
Generates referrals from physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, SNFs, and other healthcare settings/professionals.</li><li>
Develops a workable sales plan, identifying key account targets and associated tactics to execute each week.</li><li>
Utilizes market intel data and available tools to aid in growth.</li><li>
Attends community, networking, and social events and gatherings.</li><li>
Carries out other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Environmental and Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Works under a variety of conditions in facilities and offices.</li><li>
Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory daily and to sales meetings as required.</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule.</li><li>
Some exposure to unpleasant weather.</li></ul>

Requires the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and courteous manner.</li><li>
