We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally software. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling taxation-related work, and supporting overall financial operations of the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain books of accounts using Tally (ERP/Prime)</li><li>Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and cash books</li><li>Handle GST-related work: returns, filings, and reconciliations</li><li>Manage invoices, vouchers, and bills accurately</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial statements (Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet)</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li><li>Support audits by providing required financial data and documents</li><li>Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Tally (ERP/Prime)</li><li>Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances</li><li>Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting principles</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as an Accountant or Tally Operator (can be adjusted)</li><li>Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Office-based / Hybrid (as applicable)</li><li>Full-time position</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
