Department Overview:</b></p><p>
The Legal and Compliance function supports the business by identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks across all jurisdictions in which Jetex operates. The department advises on corporate governance matters, reviews and drafts legal documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance while supporting the companys strategic growth.<br>

<b>Job Purpose:</b></p><p>
The Legal Assistant supports the General Counsel and the Legal team by handling day-to-day legal and administrative responsibilities, including legal documentation, coordination, and database management. The role provides support with contract review, correspondence, entity management, and due diligence activities, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the Legal and Compliance function.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Job Duties and Accountabilities:</b></p><p>
Contract and Correspondence Management:</p><p>
Support the General Counsel with day-to-day legal and administrative matters.</p><p>
Take over existing legal operational duties to ensure continuity and efficiency within the department.</p><p>
Maintain legal files, trackers, and internal databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.</p><p>
Assist with the review and preparation of standard contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.</p><p>
Support basic legal drafting under supervision, with progressive expansion of scope based on performance.</p><p>
Ensure third-party agreements and non-standard documentation are escalated for legal review as required.</p><p></p><p><br>
Entity Management and Legal Review:</p><p>
Maintain entity trackers, corporate records, and group organograms.</p><p>
Liaise with external legal advisors and consultants to support entity maintenance and regulatory filings.</p><p>
Request and manage incorporation documents, licenses, and extracts from relevant authorities.</p><p></p><p><br>
Due Diligence:</p><p>
Assist with due diligence processes for customers, suppliers, and business partners.</p><p>
Maintain accurate due diligence records and archives in line with internal policies.</p><p></p><p>
Support compliance-related tasks as assigned by the General Counsel</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualification: </b>Degree in Law (mandatory)</p><p><b>
Experience:</b>1-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house exposure acceptable, aviation background preferred</p><p><b>
Skillset:</b></p><p>
Strong legal research and analytical skills</p><p>
Basic contract review and drafting capability</p><p>
Understanding of UAE legal framework is a plus</p><p>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools</p><p><b>
Languages:</b></p><p></p><p>
Fluent in English (written and spoken)</p><p><br>

Job Purpose:</b></p><p>
The 3D Interior Visualizer is responsible for producing high-quality, photorealistic visual content to support Jetex luxury hospitality and aviation projects. The role focuses on translating refined design concepts into compelling 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs that accurately communicate design intent and align with Jetex premium brand standards.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Job Duties &amp; Accountabilities:</b></p><p><br>
3D Visualization and Design Support:</p><p>
Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for luxury interior, hospitality, and aviation environments.</p><p>
Develop accurate 3D models based on briefs, sketches, CAD drawings, and material specifications.</p><p>
Apply advanced lighting, textures, materials, and detailing to achieve photorealistic results aligned with Jetex's luxury brand identity.</p><p>
Demonstrate strong understanding of scale, proportion, spatial planning, and interior detailing.</p><p>
Support design development through iterative 3D studies and refinements, incorporating feedback while maintaining technical accuracy and visual excellence.</p><p></p><p><br>
Collaboration and Presentation:</p><p>
Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure visuals accurately reflect project intent and design direction</p><p>
Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, and concept boards for internal reviews and stakeholder presentations.</p><p>
Support project discussions by visually communicating design options and refinements.</p><p></p><p><br>
Asset and Workflow Management:</p><p>
Manage multiple visualization tasks across different projects, ensuring delivery in line with project schedules and quality benchmarks.</p><p>
Maintain and organize a digital library of materials, textures, FF&amp;E models, and reusable assets.</p><p>
Ensure consistency, version control, and quality across all visual outputs.</p><p></p><div><div><div><br>
Qualification &amp; Experience</div><div><ul><li><br>
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li></ul><p>
- 5 - 7 years of experience, proven experience as a 3D Visualizer on high-end luxury interior projects.</p><ul><li>Experience within hospitality or premium commercial environments is an advantage.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><br>
