Department Overview:</b></div><div>
Jetex specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customer handling. Jetex works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Purpose:</b></div><div>
The Ramp Assistant is responsible for carrying out ramp operations, ensuring the safe and timely handling of passenger luggage, accurate logging of flight information and prompt response to service requests.</div></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):</div><ul><li>
Receive and handle passenger luggage and ensure that the tags are checked</li><li>
Log in flight information accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Provide water service to the aircraft as needed</li><li>
Respond promptly to request from the crew captain or other flight crew members</li><li>
Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization</li><li>
Other duties assigned by Line Manager</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><div><div><div>
Qualification</div><ul><li>
High School Level Education</li></ul></div><br>

Experience</div><ul><li>
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in aviation and ramp operations</li></ul></div><div><div><br>
Skillset<br>
</div><ul><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Problem-solving skills</li><li>
Mechanical knowledge of aircrafts and ramp equipment</li><li>
UAE driver's license</li></ul></div><br>
