Job Purpose:</b></div><div>
The System Administrator will perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs of systems and network devices, including but not limited to software and computer installations and upgrades, routine automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and technical support for all users and projects of the organization.</div></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):</div><ul><li>
Install new Servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, storage, by the requirements.</li><li>
Support LANs, WANs, Endpoints, Internet, and intranet systems.</li><li>
Provide solutions for various project and operational needs.</li><li>
Configure and maintain Computers, IP Phones, Printers, corporate devices, etc.</li><li>
Maintain system efficiency with regular health checks and monitoring.</li><li>
Contribute towards the maintaining of IT standards and practices.</li><li>
Perform daily monitoring of systems and network performance.</li><li>
Carry out regular security monitoring to identify possible vulnerabilities and active threats.</li><li>
Tasks related to Onboarding, transferring, and offboarding of users.</li><li>
Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues for resolution (IT Helpdesk)</li><li>
Administer Servers, Laptop, Computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, company mobile phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.</li><li>
Ensure network connectivity throughout a company LAN/WAN infrastructure.</li><li>
Identify the user issues and use cases and provide long-term solutions.</li><li>
Project-based initiatives and tasks assigned by line Manager.</li><li>
Training and educating the users on business applications, security, and best practices.</li><li>
On-call support during off-duty hours for supporting the 24/7 operations.</li><li>
IT Procurement, Asset Management, and Inventory for all global locations</li><li>
IT Documentation and bookkeeping in line with compliance and security.</li><li>
Ensure relevant documentations, artifacts and approvals are in place for the work performed</li><li>
Actively participate in KANBAN process of IT organization</li><li>
Innovate in the areas associated based on the objectives set by the department</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Job Purpose:</b></div><div>
The Bell Desk Female Chauffeur provides exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their luggage, transportation needs, and other requests. This role involves driving guests to and from the airport, operating the company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, and maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and upkeep.</div></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):</div><ul><li>
Participating in the daily shift briefings with the Concierge team and ensure timely reporting for the duty hand-over.</li><li>
Verify the flight schedule for the day and ensure that the required preparations are in place</li><li>
Review the requests for transport arrangements for the flight schedule and ensure timely availability of the cars</li><li>
Welcome and greet guests when they arrive at the FBO or are leaving the FBO terminal</li><li>
Perform the daily vehicle inspection at the start of every shift and report to the Supervisor on observations, if any.</li><li>
Ensure cleanliness of all passenger transportation vehicles</li><li>
Always escort visitors and introduce/ hand over to the person responsible</li><li>
Administrative responsibilities for couriers and shipments</li><li>
Ensure the health and safety of themselves, the team, crew, passengers, visitors, equipment/ vehicles and the assets.</li><li>
Use the appropriate communication channels and etiquette to communicate with other teams as necessary.</li><li>
Ensure a high degree of customer service, grooming, attentiveness, speed, and control error rates, whilst maintaining consistency in services.</li><li>
To follow the prescribed driving regulations and observe the recommended speed limits at all times</li><li>
