Communication: Local Language is Must along with Average English Location: Noida, Uttar PradeshPackage: Up to 3.6 LPAExperience: 3+ experience in logistics operations with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamicsRoles and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, from procurement to final product delivery.</li><li>Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure cost effective and timely services.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to enhance collaboration.</li><li>Implement and enhance logistics procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.</li><li>Supervise a dedicated logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Proficient in logistics software and technologies for efficient supply chain management.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Knowledge of local/regional language is a must.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
