Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.</li><li>Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms.</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.</li></ul>2. Employee Records &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR databases.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for new joiners, exits, and internal changes.</li></ul>3. Attendance, Leave &amp; Payroll Coordination<ul><li>Track attendance, leaves, and late entries.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and maintain salary records.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement.</li></ul>4. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Organize employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and workplace issues.</li></ul>5. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.</li><li>Update HR manuals and communicate policy changes to staff.</li></ul>6. Exit Formalities<ul><li>Conduct exit interviews and complete full-and-final settlements.</li><li>Collect feedback and analyze exit trends for retention improvements.</li></ul>7.
