<div><div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p><br>
The Mailing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering proactive and efficient back-office support services. This position will be a key contributor in office administration, postage statement processing, meter and stamp procurement, postage reconciliation, and reimbursement. This position will ensure jobs are processed accurately and efficiently according to client specifications.</p><p><b><br>
Essential Functions:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>Maintains current and accurate information within systems.<br>
</li>
<li>Creates postage statements within internal systems.<br>
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Validates daily mailing schedule and reports any discrepancies.<br>
</li>
<li>Enters data within internal systems to reconcile postage statements and postage.<br>
</li>
<li>Works closely with production, ensuring mailing commitments are achieved daily.<br>
</li>
<li>Procures postage stamps and meter postage and maintains/records usages.<br>
</li>
<li>Maintains unused metered and stamped material and records/prepares for postage reimbursement.<br>
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Liaise with the United States Postal Service.<br>
</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments.<br>
</li>
<li>Reports to Supervision on anticipated issues and participates in corrective action efforts.<br>
</li>
<li>Works toward continuous improvement and expertise in Direct Mail.<br>
</li>
<li>Work a modified schedule as needed.<br>
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Follow established procedures and safety protocols, working within all company safety standards, rules, and protocols<br>
</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><br>
