OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through unloading trucks, putting items away in our warehouse, and order pulling. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics.Duties<ul><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as appliance dollies, clamp lifts, man lifts, and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assist and load customers who are picking their items up in person at our warehouse.</li><li>Perform stock replenishment by organizing inventory, and ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval.</li><li>Pick and prepare orders for deliveries by following specified picking procedures to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.</li><li>Follow safety protocols during load &amp; unload activities and operate warehouse equipment responsibly.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, measurements, and inventory counts.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock handling</li><li>Ability to lift heavy items safely and stand or walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment during shift hours.</li><li>Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence.</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our supply chain!
