The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and engaging interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and challenges.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.</li><li>Design intuitive, visually appealing UI aligned with brand and usability standards.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.</li><li>Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs.</li><li>Maintain consistency in design systems, components, and interaction patterns.</li><li>Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Experience: 2-4years in UI/UX design with a demonstrable portfolio of completed projects web and mobile applications.</li><li>Design Expertise: Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, visual hierarchy, and user-focused design.</li><li>Accessibility &amp; Color Theory: Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, inclusive design methods, and effective use of color.</li><li>Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design software.</li><li>CAD Exposure: Familiarity with CAD tools for product visualization will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Prototyping: Ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and detailed interactive prototypes.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication: Strong ability to present design ideas and work effectively within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Organization &amp; Delivery: Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.</li><li>Professional certification in UI/UX Design (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>How to Apply: If you&rsquo;re ready to bring your expertise to an exciting, innovative project, apply now!
