<div>Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Manager of Creative Services to lead and execute the day-to-day creative and content marketing needs of our mission-driven organization. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled creator who thrives in a dynamic environment where storytelling, content development, and project management converge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and detail, excellent written communication skills, and experience managing content across multiple channels including email, website, and social media. This role is both strategic and tactical&mdash;balancing high-level planning with direct content creation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>
Develop, write, design, and distribute compelling content for various platforms including:<ul><li>
Email campaigns and newsletters (Constant Contact, or similar)</li><li>
Website updates and landing pages (WordPress CMS required, Elementor)</li><li>
Social media posts, stories, and campaigns (across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>
Event and campaign collateral (flyers, signage, presentations, etc.)</li></ul></li><li>
Maintain and update a consistent social media calendar aligned with organizational priorities and events.</li></ul>
Website &amp; CMS Management<ul><li>
Serve as primary administrator for the organization&rsquo;s website (WordPress).</li><li>
Ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO and accessibility.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to post event pages, and other timely updates.</li></ul>
Email Marketing<ul><li>
Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Manage audience lists, A/B testing, and analyze performance to optimize engagement.</li></ul>
Event Support<ul><li>
Create and manage visual and written content for events, including:<ul><li>
On-site and digital signage</li><li>
Branded materials and displays</li><li>
Pre- and post-event communications</li></ul></li></ul>
Brand Stewardship &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and support a unified voice and visual identity.</li><li>
Contribute to content ideation and creative strategy in support of fundraising, advocacy, and awareness efforts.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field&mdash;or equivalent experience.</li><li>
4+ years of relevant experience in a content creation, marketing, or communications role.</li><li>
Proven experience managing websites with WordPress.</li><li>
Proficiency in email marketing platforms</li><li>
Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.</li><li>
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, etc).</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Passion for mission-driven work and non-profit environments.</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>
Photography/videography skills or experience managing visual media projects.</li><li>
Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.</li><li>
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.</li></ul>
