<div>The Center for Early Relationships Support (CERS) offers a comprehensive network of home visits, consultations, therapeutic sessions, and group programs to support parents and caregivers of infants and young children. Position Summary:

As a leader within the division, the Clinical Director for CERS champions the highest standards in perinatal and infant mental health across all programs. This role calls for a dynamic professional with deep expertise in Perinatal and Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) and Reflective Supervision, proven experience delivering impactful home and community-based services, and an unwavering commitment to nurturing relationships between caregivers and young children. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Clinical leadership and supervision for clinicians, supervisors, and others as appropriate</li>
<li>Oversight and management of the operations of CERS integrated therapy services</li>
<li>Consultation to other programs on clinical matters in CERS and JF&amp;CS Mental Health Initiatives</li>
<li>Collaboration across JF&amp;CS to support services for families from other parts of the agency</li>
<li>Leadership of training and professional development internally and externally with community partners</li>
<li>Maintain current knowledge of emerging research and best practices in Perinatal and IECMH and translate findings into programmatic practices</li>
<li>Evaluation and quality improvement of services across clinical programs</li>
<li>Budget management of state contracts and other funding for clinical services</li>
<li>Represent CERS to outside groups, including networking with community agencies, referral sources, program partners, regional and national Perinatal and IECMH learning communities and professional forums</li></ul> 


Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

<li>Expertise in Reflective Supervision in clinical settings</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills, self-direction, and creativity</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools, strategies, and literature on evaluating IECMH interventions</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead a team, conduct community outreach, and collaborate within an agency</li>
<li>Commitment to serving families in vulnerable and complex situations and supporting a diverse workforce</li>
<li>Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex situations with maturity, direction, and respect.</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible in your approach, while still utilizing best practices.</li>
</ul>
Position Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Doctorate in Psychology or Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, with training in infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH), IECMH endorsement and/or PSI certification preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working with postpartum women, infants, and families preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience working with parents in recovery preferred</li>
<li>Experience with families with older children a plus</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car to get to Waltham and home visits as needed</li></ul>
