Management of parts operations. Performs receiving, storage and shipping of material including counter sales in a 3,000-10,000 square foot warehouse without supervision responsibilities. Pay Range is $20-$34/hour
Job Duties:<ul><li>
Prepare orders by processing transfers and creating sales orders in NAV. Pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in designated delivery areas.</li><li>
Participate in physical inventory and cycle count activities, product movement and placement. Perform duties required for receiving, identifying, labeling, material restock, put away, pick, pack, and ship activities all while maintaining quality and productivity standards.</li><li>
Update Min/Max items and maintain bin location accuracy.</li><li>
Research parts for customers and service technicians.</li><li>
Facilitate customer core returns and warranty returns.</li><li>
Meet or exceed customer service standards and abide by company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Work in a safe and healthy manner following company safety guidelines, be able to wear appropriate safety PPE when required, and comply with industry standards and procedures. Enforces property protection and access policies and procedures.</li><li>
Performs receipt confirmation in Business Central for ANS / JF Petroleum Group receipts (Receiving, Transfer receiving, and Shipping).</li><li>
Maintain housekeeping to ensure safe and workable standards.</li><li>
Maintain and drive &ldquo;Over the Counter Sales&rdquo; through excellent customer service.</li><li>
Occasional delivery requests to local customers and technicians in company provided vehicle.</li><li>
Assist Service Manager/Director with technician inquiry requests regarding install or parts requirement.</li><li>
Ability to unload and receive multiple truck loads of material per day to include the scheduling of truck loads with Freight companies</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Highschool Diploma or GED required</li><li>
Must be able to pass 60 Month Motor Vehicle Record</li><li>
3+ years of Warehouse experience</li><li>
General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory control systems.</li><li>
Experience with warehouse cycle count activities, shipping, receiving, and storage.</li><li>
Must be able to accept calls and work after hours.</li><li>
Experience with bar coding, data entry and ERP systems.</li><li>
Customer service experience and focus</li><li>
High-level of Organization and attention to detail (5S Lean Warehousing)</li><li>
Excellent communication / written skills</li><li>
Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)</li><li>
Must be eligible to work in the United States</li><li>
Must be able to meet company&rsquo;s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company</li><li>
Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.</li><li>
Must be able to safely mount and dismount a forklift and walk up and down stairs as needed.</li><li>
Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li></ul>
