Overview:The Accounts Receivables Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments, accurate invoicing, and proper reconciliation of accounts. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and coordinating internally to resolve billing or payment discrepancies efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.</li><li>Reconcile customer accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Prepare aging reports and share periodic receivables updates with management.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.</li><li>Record and apply incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.</li><li>Support month-end closing and audit requirements related to receivables.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li></ul>Looking for candidates with prior experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
