 to drive strategic leadership decisions across multiple business units within their Technology function . The role will focus on T
 
 raining &amp; Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Optimization
 
 while ensuring a high-impact HR function.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Training &amp; Development
 
 &ndash; Design and implement robust training programs to enhance workforce capability and leadership development.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strategic HR Leadership
 
 &ndash; Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across multiple business units.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Performance Management
 
 &ndash; Lead performance evaluation processes, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement..
 </li>
 <li>
 
 HR Operations &amp; Compliance
 
 &ndash; Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leadership &amp; Collaboration
 
 &ndash; Partner with executives to shape HR strategy while managing and mentoring the HR Director.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 For the Vice President of Human Resources you will bring:

 At least 5 years of VP-Level HR experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise within strategic HR leadership, training and development and performance management.
