Responsibilities: - Provide shop / field service support when called upon for various types of aerial, diesel equipment and machinery - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, including diagnostics, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and fuel systems - Operate aerial equipment, heavy equipment and power tools as needed to complete shop and service tasks - Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions - Keep &quot;Detailed&quot; and accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate service schedules in an efficient and timely manner-Educate customers on proper operating use of equipment when necessary -Perform additional duties as necessary in support of branch operational logisticsExperience: - You MUST have a proven track record and experience in a similar role as a shop / field mechanic or &quot;DO_NOT&quot; APPLY - Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and procedures - Excellent knowledge in diagnostics, fuel systems, electrical and diesel maintenance - Master level experience with aerial work platforms and diesel engine required - Superb mechanical skills and ability to use power tools effectively to deliver solutions - A proven and verifiable understanding of the rental industry electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in customers &quot;UP-Time&quot;Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
