The current expansion of our company has given room for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an additional Safety &amp; HR SpecialistResponsibilities include but are not limited to:&middot; Aggressively recruit well qualified drivers and owner operators&middot; Ensure all candidates meet our high standards&middot; Review and process applications of prospective new hires in a timely fashion&middot; Conduct new hire employee processes such as orientation and employment onboarding.&middot; Explore creative methods of sourcing qualified candidates&middot; Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process&middot; Daily review of applicant tracking systemIdeal candidate will:&middot; Self-motivated and has ability to work independently&middot; Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook and web-based recruiting applications&middot; Enjoy working in fast paced environment&middot; Strong organizational and documentation skills, ability to prioritize&middot; Proficient written and verbal communication skills&middot; Ability to work with people from all socio-economic backgrounds&middot; Create, post and monitor job postings and necessary advertisements&middot; Working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations is a plus&middot; Effective problem-solving skills, confidence, and strong sense of personal accountability&middot; Available M &ndash; F, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM with dependable transportationWe offer:&middot; Health Insurance (Matched HSA)&middot; Supplemental Insurance (Life, Disability)&middot; Paid time off (Vacation &amp; Sick)&middot; Profit Sharing&middot; 401K*This is not a remote work opportunity.
