Job Description :We are seeking an experienced U.S. Bookkeeper &amp; Tax Preparer to manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions and prepare federal, state, and local tax filings. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles, tax regulations, and hands-on experience with bookkeeping and tax preparation for individuals and/or businesses.Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records</li></ul><ul><li>Record daily financial transactions (AP/AR, expenses, income)</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Recording payroll transaction and reconciliation of payroll expense with payroll reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized financial documentation and records.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare the federal and state tax returns (individual and/or business)</li></ul><ul><li>Handle W-2, 1099, and related compliance reporting</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with audits, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities *\*</li></ul>What we are looking for :<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping and accounting experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Qualification : Any bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting and Finance , Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or other tax-related certification.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Quickbooks, Ms Excel and Knowledge of US GAAP.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to meet deadlines during month-end and tax season.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent Communication skills (Must)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Prepare and deliver MIS reports for management and clients using tools like Power BI and other analytics software.</li><li>Conduct analysis of financial statements, cash flows, sales, production, inventory, budgets, resource utilization, and costs.</li><li>Generate on-demand analytical reports tailored to business needs.</li><li>Support and enhance business processes to strengthen internal controls and improve efficiency.</li><li>Implement and utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools for streamlining repetitive tasks.</li><li>Manage and optimize workflows and document collaboration using SharePoint.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
