 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 HR Process Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and write HR Policies and Procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and prepare HR process flowchart
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up for the approval of company policies, procedures, and flowchart.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other relevant duties as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 On Boarding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure seamless and flawless on-boarding process (pre-onboarding and post on-boarding)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure new joiner&rsquo;s engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure completion of all the joining formalities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure employee data management in the HR system
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Induction
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Taking the induction of selected employees and introducing them to the relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explaining to the company history, company policies, company profile and the departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Explaining the Job profile and benefits
 </li>
 <li>
 Explaining the leave structure and other facilities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Attendance and Leave Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitoring and enforcing the attendance and leave policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Coaching the employees on the attendance and leave policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking disciplinary actions on the defaulters as per the company policy
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Database Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintaining and monitoring the employee database in the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and maintaining all the company, employees, payroll, and compliance databases.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Statutory Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage local compliance flawlessly
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage local about law related issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee and office related legal issues
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance Appraisals
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage the probation process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing performance data and driving performance improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing HR feedback to employees for performance improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Employee Grievances:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Acting as a link between management and employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Getting all the employees' issues solved in coordination with management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all departments and maintain the organization's decorum.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Employee Separation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage the end-to-end exit process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking exit interviews and trying to retain good employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage the full &amp; final settlements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Office Manager
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for the New Office Set Up
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all office duties, maintaining efficient office operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Making sure that all office admin activities are handled carefully and in the given budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement office policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize office operations and activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Main point of contact for the office owner / Landlord and the local vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective Vendor Management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of HR experience as Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager with some job responsibilities in the software companies, including hands on experience in human resources: Labor / Employment law, office management, payroll, Statutory compliances, Benefits, Administration, and employee relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: MBA &ndash; Human Resources
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while working independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 English fluency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Extraordinarily strong attention to detail and confidentiality with a commitment to high quality work
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong PC skills including expert proficiency Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet research/data gathering; excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
 </li>
 <li>
 Local HR and office compliance knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Local labor law knowledge
 </li>
