Enjoy fantastic working hours &ndash; from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and, unlike other shops, we are closed on Sundays. We offer the flexibility of both full-time and part-time schedules as well.

As a General Service Technician (GST), you'll begin your journey in an entry-level position. Your primary responsibilities will involve professionally servicing our guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and exceptional guest experience. HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:<ul><li>
Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours</li><li>
Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles</li><li>
Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians</li><li>
Checking and communicating oil level to other teammates</li><li>
Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation</li><li>
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary</li><li>
Complete vehicle inspection</li><li>
Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter</li><li>
Clean and lubricate fittings as needed</li><li>
Document all work performed on the repair order</li><li>
Report any safety issues immediately to management</li><li>
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation</li><li>
Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting</li></ul>
UNDER THE HOOD &ndash; WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED:<ul><li>
Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future</li><li>
Previous experience is preferred but not required</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals</li><li>
Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.</li><li>
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player</li><li>
Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions</li><li>
Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting</li><li>
Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes</li><li>
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, depending on location</li><li>
Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>
