If you're empowered by helping children reach their potential, we'd welcome the opportunity to meet you!Requirements:Age:<ul><li>18+ years old</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High School Diploma required</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field (preferred, but not required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1+ years working with children with special needs (preferred, but not required &mdash; we&rsquo;ll train the right person!)</li></ul>Certification:<ul><li>RBT, BCAT, or similar certification (preferred but not required &mdash; we will support you in getting certified!)</li></ul>Other:<ul><li>Passion for working with children in preschool, elementary, or middle school settings</li><li>Ability to pass state &amp; federal background checks</li><li>Reliable transportation &amp; ability to lift 25 lbs.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Direct Support: Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental disabilities.</li><li>Treatment Plans: Implement personalized treatment plans to help children develop essential life skills.</li><li>Behavior Management: Use proven behavior management techniques to foster emotional and social growth.</li><li>Collaboration: Document progress and work closely with families to ensure the success of our clients.</li><li>Training: Engage in ongoing training to expand your skills in ABA therapy.</li></ul>Join us at Jigsaw, in creating meaningful growth for children and their families!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Working with individuals with developmental disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
